Holy Year 2025 Pilgrimage: Poland and Austria

Our new Priest Fr Jozef Dudzik invites you on a pilgrimage to Poland and Austria from June 25 – July 5, 2025:

  • 2 Nights Warsaw
  • 4 Nights Krakow
  • 1 Night Zakopane in the Tatra Mountains
  • 2 Nights Vienna

Pilgrimage Highlights include:

  • Capital of Poland old town, Our Lady of Czestochowa Shrine and Divine Mercy Shrine
  • Tour Krakow’s medieval main square with Wawel Castle & St. Mary Church
  • Visit Wadowice, the hometown of Pope St. John Paul II, and tour his childhood home & parish church
  • Visit Fr. Jozef’s hometown of Wilczyce for Mass and an included lunch
  • Take a cable ride up to Gubalowka Mountain in Zakopane
  • Celebrate Independence Day (& Fr. Jozef’s birthday!) at a festive restaurant in Vienna

Fugle Scholarships: 2025-2026

The Annual Reverend James Leo Fugle Scholarships for 2025-2026

Scholarship applications are now open for three $1,000 scholarships for those who apply and meet the eligibility requirements listed below:

Eligibility:

  • High School Senior entering higher education OR Young adult in an Associate and/or Bachelor Program OR Pre-Seminarian entering a Seminarian Program
  • Practicing Catholic from the Diocese of Buffalo
  • Active in the Catholic faith and youth ministry/formation
  • GPA 2.5 or above

The deadline to apply is May 20, 2025.

Martha Committee Needs Volunteers (2025)

The Martha Committee is looking to grow their team of volunteers that provide meals after funerals at St. Aloysius church. The support provides a chance for family and friends to gather after the funeral and share a meal, stories that honors the loved one that has gone to be with the Lord.

Corporal works of mercy calls us to minster to our church family with support in burying their loved ones.

Ecumenical Lenten Series in Springville (2025)

The Springville Ministerial Association is once again presenting a Lenten Luncheon Series each Wednesday through April 9th (2025) at the Springville Presbyterian Church.

The program runs from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm and starts with a short prayer service followed by a free luncheon.

St Aloysius is hosting the lunch on March 19th, 2025 with Deacon Jeff leading the service.

It’s free and all are welcome.

CCCC Women’s Spring Book Club (2025)

Our Spring Book Club begins on April 24th, 2025 and will meet at St. Aloysius Parish Hall from 9:00 am – 10:30 am on Thursdays until May 22nd (2025).

We will be reading and reflecting on the book 33 Days to Eucharistic Glory.

This resource presents women with profound truths, astonishing historical facts, powerful practical examples, a daily virtue to adapt, extraordinary prayers, and inspiring stores, all in an easy to follow daily format.
