Operating as a Family of Parishes, we will share one Faith Formation Ministry. This will allow us to offer more options and opportunities for parishioners to grow together in our Catholic faith and traditions.

We are inviting all parishioners from St. Aloysius, St. John the Baptist, St. Jude, and St. Mary’s to come together to celebrate the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary holy day of obligation at a single Mass at the parish under the patronage of our Blessed Mother. This will be the only Mass celebrated in our Family of Parishes for the Feast Day — Tuesday, August 15th at 7:00 P.M. at St. Mary’s (417 W. Main Street, Arcade N.Y. 14009).
Come and celebrate with us as we begin this exciting new collaboration to worship and serve the Lord in our communities.
A light reception will follow the Mass in St. Mary’s Parish Hall.

A FAMILY NAME HAS BEEN SELECTED!
The votes have been counted and tallied. The new name for our Family of Parishes will be Cattaraugus Creek Catholic Community.
The final vote count was 105 votes for ‘Cattaraugus Creek Catholic Community,’ 20 votes for ‘Devoted Disciples of Christ the Redeemer’ and 48 votes for ‘Holy Shepherd Pastoral Community.’
The name of each individual parish remains the same.
As a family we will be operating as ‘Cattaraugus Creek Catholic Community.’
The next step is to create a logo that will go along with the new family name. The entry form and rules for your design of a family logo can be found in your bulletin insert (bulletin of July 30, 2023). All designs must be emailed to staloy@roadrunner.com and received by August 14th.

~ World Youth Day: Buffalo on Sunday, July 30 from 2-10pm. Gather with other young Catholics at the OLV National Shrine and Basilica to celebrate World Youth Day 2023! There will be speakers, live music and food trucks!

Epiphany of Our Lord Men’s Group will host a co-ed golf tournament at The Eden Valley Golf Course on Saturday, July 29, 2023.
The cost for the tournament is $115.00 per person and includes lunch, dinner, and prizes.
There will also be a Sportsman’s Raffle that day.
Tickets for the raffle are available at the event.
